Rack and Pinion Steering Conversion
Later rack cars (most) utilize front steer spindles/knuckles whereas earlier steering box/linkage systems use a rear steer spindle. To successfully convert a much heavier car (aka CONTINENTAL), one usually reverts to a REAR STEER GM style rack. This rack allows the center link to be eliminated and use the OEM tie rod assemblies.
