Is Isaac blindfolded?
Isaac will also be blindfolded. The goal is to defeat Mom's Heart / It Lives. This Challenge is available after unlocking Transcendence. As Isaac is blindfolded, Isaac cannot use tears, and must rely entirely on Distant Admiration, Forever Alone, and bombs to deal damage.
Will Isaac start a challenge with the D6?
Isaac will not start any challenge with The D6. Items with tag nochallenge are excluded during challenges. Lazarus' Rags, Judas' Shadow, Ankh, and Clicker are excluded, preventing Isaac from changing to other characters. Broken Ankh is still available. R Key is also excluded.
