If you are receiving electric service in Southern Colorado from Black Hills Energy and plan to install a private on-site solar system on an existing home or business, your account must be active and current at the site of the proposed installation. For new construction, please contact the program administrator.

Low-income solar program to expand in Southern Colorado
With this newest project, Black Hills Energy will have a total community solar garden capacity of 10 MW on its Southern Colorado system by the end of 2020, with 2 MW solely dedicated to serving low-income customers.
